- Grape variety: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes
- Body: Light
- Tasting temperature: 7°-8°C
- Perfumes and scents: Aroma: Broad, it expresses power and finesse, with notes of green apple, white flowers, and bread crust emerging. Taste: Sensations of white fruit are perceived, with interesting mineral notes emerging in the finish.
- Pairings: It's a truly versatile wine, suitable for enjoying as an aperitif but also capable of accompanying the entire meal.
- Winemaking: Manual harvest in small crates between late August and early September, depending on the seasonal conditions. Vinification: Only the clarified flower must becomes part of the cuvée. After the first fermentation, the wine remains on its own lees for 6 months. The refermentation takes place in the bottle where the wine is kept for a minimum period of 36 months in our cellars at a constant temperature of 14-15°C.
