  • Perfumes and scents: Aroma: An inviting and elegant nose that evokes fruits such as melon and pineapple, with pleasant hints of hawthorn. Taste: A harmonious flavor, with balanced acidity and a lengthy finish.
  • Pairings: A most versatile wine: from velvety vegetable soups to white fish soups; as well as steamed or baked fish appetizers, and even egg-based dishes.
  • Winemaking: Vinification: gentle pressing with separation of the different press fractions. Static decantation at 14°C for 24-36 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C. Aging: 6-8 months in contact with fermentation yeasts periodically kept in suspension.
