Adopt your Vineyard of
Elegans Pignoletto DOP (Copia)
Zuffa Winery has masterfully created a pure Pignoletto sparkling wine. Its light straw yellow color with greenish hues, and the very fine bubbles are enriched by very delicate aromas of green apple, citrus, cedar, lemon zest, and white peach. The dominant taste is green apple, which brings a refreshing cleanliness to the palate.
This achievement stems from the skillful blending of innovative and patented technologies that preserve 93% of the grape’s potential aromatic molecules, compared to only 60% preservation achieved by traditional methods.
