Passopisciaro Passobianco 2020 is a white wine made from Chardonnay grapes with a rich and elegant bouquet that alternates notes of tropical fruit and apricot, roasted cereals, and honey.

Unlike most white wines from Mount Etna typically produced with the indigenous Carricante grape, Passobianco is made with pure Chardonnay.
